From plan to execution, our Event Specialists will guide you every step of the way, ensuring your event is seamless!

Step 1 | Connect with Your Event Specialist

Your Event Specialist will recommend the perfect venue based on set up, equipment needs & guest count. A customized proposal will be drawn up based on these details.

Step 2 | Confirm Your Event Booking

Your Event Specialist will send you a contract outlining your venue & event date. At this time a deposit of 25% of the total estimated value of your event is due. Once this step is complete, your booking is confirmed.

Step 3 | Bring Your Event to Life!

Your Event Specialist with guide you through planning all the details of your event. This will include selecting your food & beverage options, all audio visual & set up needs, relevant timelines, & venue floorplan. A Banquet Event Order (BEO) will be created, capturing these details.

Step 4 | Ten Days Out

Ten days prior to your event, confirmation of all event details is complete. This includes:

  • Food & beverage options

  • Audio visual & set up needs

  • Timelines

  • All other details

Step 5 | Seven Days Out

Seven days prior to your event, confirmation of final guest count & a signed BEO is required. The confirmed guest count on this date will indicate the minimum invoiced amounts.

Your Event Specialist will capture any dietary restrictions or allergens at this time.

Step 6 | Event Day!

We are so excited to host you! When you arrive for your event, you will be greeted by a member of the team who will ensure the day runs smoothly.

Step 7 | Receive Your Invoice

Your Event Specialist will send an invoice following your event.
